How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed via the App Store, you can manage your subscription in your device's Settings app -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions. If you subscribed via Google Play, you can manage it from the Google Play Store app under "Payments & subscriptions".

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly from within the Voyara app by navigating to Settings -> Delete Account. Alternatively, you can request an account removal by emailing us at support@voyara.org.

My trip didn't generate correctly. What should I do?

Please try generating the trip again. If the issue persists, please email us with the destination and dates you entered so we can investigate.
