Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Voyara mobile application operated by Voyara ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Voyara, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Voyara is an AI-powered travel planning application that generates personalised trip itineraries, helps users discover nearby attractions, and enables trip management and export features. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to change at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Voyara.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Voyara offers a free tier and a Pro subscription tier:

• Free tier: Allows up to 3 AI-generated trip itineraries.
• Voyara Pro: Provides unlimited AI trip generation and additional features for a recurring subscription fee.

Subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Voyara uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of opening hours, prices, availability, or other details for specific attractions.
• Always verify critical travel information with official sources before your trip.
• Voyara is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within the Voyara app are the intellectual property of Voyara. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Trip itineraries you create using Voyara belong to you. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Disclaimers

Voyara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

We are not a travel agency and do not book travel arrangements on your behalf. All travel decisions, bookings, and safety assessments are your sole responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by emailing support@getvoyara.org.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
